A piece of Bonn

Haribo gummi candyLast week I found (original?) HARIBO gummi candy in my condo’s convenient store. For everyone that doesn’t know that stuff, here are some facts. HARIBO is the composed word of it’s creator and the German city it originally was made in: Hans Riegel Bonn. The most popular candy product they have are the Gold-Bears. Very delicious. While writing this posting I’m eating Happy-Colas. Apparently, HARIBOs slogan doesn’t translate very well. “HARIBO macht Kinder froh und Erwachsene ebenso.” became “Kids and grown-ups love it so.”.
